Funding company alleges customer owes nearly $3,000

GRETNA – A funding company is suing a PayPal customer, alleging he owes nearly $3,000.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit July 24 against Terrell Bibbins in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due. According to the claim, Midland seeks damages for an open account of $2,986.04 plus interest because Bibbins has failed to pay off his PayPal account.

Midland Funding seeks the $2,986.04, all other sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 774268.
