Barclay's Bank alleges customer owes nearly $2,000

GRETNA – Barclays Bank alleges a customer owes nearly $2,000.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit July 25 against Starrena Hernandez in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account. According to the claim, Barclays seeks payment of an unpaid Visa card account which holds the balance of $1,994.94.

Barclays Bank seeks the $1,994.94, all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 774302.
