GRETNA – Barclays Bank alleges a Visa card holder owes more than $3,600.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit July 25 against Charles H. Hawkins in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due. According to the claim, Barclays seeks payment of Hawkins' unpaid Visa credit card account that holds the balance of $3,603.80, plus any unpaid interest.
Barclays seeks the $3,603.80, plus all other sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
