GRETNA — A debt collector is seeking damages for an open account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit against Julie Domangue of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's Visa account which currently holds the balance of $1,127.41 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
