GRETNA – A funding company is suing a customer, alleging she owes $1,700.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit July 25 against Shannon Gilbet in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, Midland seeks damages for an unpaid HHGregg account for the balance of $1,719.81.
Gilbet is allegedly has failed to pay off the sums due.
Midland Funding seeks the $1,719.81, all other sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
