Asset management company seeks more than $7,000 on customer's Visa account

GRETNA – An asset management company is suing a Visa card customer, alleging he owes more than $7,000.

Crown Asset Management LLC filed a suit July 25 against Min H. Kim in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due. According to the claim, Crown Asset seeks damages for the balance of $7,278.05 due on Kim's Visa card.

Crown Asset seeks the $7,278.05, all other sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 774343.
