Terminal Credit Union claims man failed to pay promissory notes in full

GRETNA – A credit union based in Jefferson Parish claims a man owes more than $14,000 on promissory notes.

Terminal Credit Union filed a suit against Hershel L. Dillard Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff claims the defendant has failed to promissory notes with balances of $11,286.44, $3,501.61 and $3,074.27 plus interest. The notes were issued for a 2004 GMC Sierra and a 2003 Honda, the claim states.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Joshua P. Matthews of Roy M. Bowes & Associates in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
