GRETNA – An engineering company claims it was not paid for work it produced.
Technical Engineering Consultants LLC filed a suit against Offshore Specialty Fabricators LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was retained by the defendant to produce engineering designs. The suit states that despite providing the defendant with the designs, the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff $46,114.00.
The defendant is accused of owing sums due and breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John J. Danna Jr. of Gaudry, Ranson, Higgins & Gremillion LLC in Gretna.
