Cavalry SPV claims Jefferson Parish resident owes nearly $5,000 on Synchrony Bank account

GRETNA – Financial institutions are seeking nearly $5,000 from a Jefferson Parish customer.

Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Synchrony Bank, filed a suit against Mohammed Neem in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a Synchrony Home account with a balance of $4,974.70 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Alexander D. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
