Delgado Community College seeks over $2,000

NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking sums due.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a lawsuit against Dylan Cary Gutierrez and Seven Sixteen Iberville LLC as garnishee in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $2,064.16, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the amount.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy D. Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Cherrell S. Taplin.
