Louisiana State University seeks over $7,000 from student

NEW ORLEANS – A university is seeking sums due.

Louisiana State University Board of Supervisors through Louisiana State University filed a lawsuit against Melissa Marie Heintz and Barchi LLC as garnishee in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due. The plaintiff is seeking $7,215.71 for sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy D. Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
