OneMain Financial Group claims man failed to pay over $8,500

NEW ORLEANS – A financial group is seeking payment of sums due for more than $8,500.

OneMain Financial Group filed a lawsuit against Robert Bachman in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due on an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $8,940.22 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Naomi A. Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur and Schwartz P.C. in Birmingham, Ala.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
