GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $1,300 from a Marrero resident.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit against James Arwood in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance of $1,314.11 on a bank card.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
