GRETNA – Discover is seeking damages for an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit against John E. Williams of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $13,969.48 plus interest on a Discover Bank credit card, which allegedly has not been paid.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
