OneMain Financial claims Jefferson Parish resident defaulted on promissory note

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for sums due.

OneMain Financial filed a suit against Justin Gandy of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a promissory note that was issued to the defendant with a balance of $7,607.02 that has not been repaid in full.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi A. Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur and Schwartz PC in Birmingham, Alabama.
