GRETNA – A financial company claims a Marrero woman has failed to maintain payments on her account.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit against Michele Scott in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages on an account with the balance of $1,925.70 plus interest accrued.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
