GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for an open account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit against Eloise Martin of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the defendant's open Visa account, which has a balance of $1,201.36.
The defendant is accused of owing sums due.
