Robertson Oil claims Orleans Parish company owes over $210,000

NEW ORLEANS – An oil company is seeking damages for an open account.

Robertson Oil Co. Inc. filed a lawsuit against Alberta Inc., doing business as B Xpress, of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for $210,139.06 plus interest. The plaintiff claims that it shipped gasoline to the defendant, which still owes an outstanding balance.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Alan J. Yacoubian and Alejandro J. Rodriguez of Johnson, Yacoubian & Paysse in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
