NEW ORLEANS – A community college claims it is owed more than $2,500.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a lawsuit against Mohammad Ottallah in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims it was never paid by the defendant. The suit also states that the garnishee, Hotel 360 LLC, owes funds, and the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for $2,891.59.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Meghan N. Beal of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Cherrell S. Taplin.
