NEW ORLEANS – A gaming company is seeking over $60,000.
One-Eyed Jack Gaming LLC filed a lawsuit against Street Orleanz LLC, doing business as Jazz East, and Tayanna Jackson in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due on a promissory note.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment for a promissory note, which was not fully repaid and has a balance of $64,892.73 plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Albert F. Widmer Jr. of Widmer & Schroeder LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
