New Orleans resident allegedly owes over $1,000 to Merit Health Biloxi

NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking more than $1,000 from a New Orleans resident.

Biloxi HMA LLC, doing business as Merit Health Biloxi, filed a lawsuit against Edgar Delpit in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a balance of $1,009.93 the defendant allegedly owes on an open account.

The defendant is accused of owing money on an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.
