Harvey resident allegedly defaulted on Mastercard

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for sums due.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit Aug. 17 against Alicia M. Turner of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for the balance of $1,613.70 plus interest. The defendant failed to pay off a Mastercard account.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
