Hyde Construction claims it is owed more than $28,000

GRETNA – A construction company is seeking damages for sums due.

Hyde Construction LLC filed a suit against David J. Poole Sr., husband of/and Elaina Poole, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging breach of contract and failure to pay sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a breach of contract, alleging the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for services issued. The suit states that despite amicable demands, the defendant has failed to pay the balance of $28,745.82 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and failing to pay sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stanley C. Korremann Jr. of Kottemann Law Firm in Kenner.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
