GRETNA – An aviation company is seeking damages for an open account.
NOLA Aviation LLC filed a suit Aug. 15 against Orange Air Holdings LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with the balance of $39,660.74 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jon Ann Giblin of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
