American Express claims Jefferson Parish man failed to pay more than $11,000

GRETNA – American Express is seeking sums due on an open account.

American Express Centurion Bank filed a suit against Mark Stillane of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for sums due for a total of $11,931.10 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
