Selltis seeks over $1.5 million from Infodat International

NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking damages for sums due and breach of contract.

Selltis LLC filed a lawsuit against Infodat International Inc. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for breach of contract, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay back a debt that is owed. The suit states that the plaintiff lent $1.85 million to the defendant, which was to be paid back in installments. The suit states that the defendant has failed to repay a total of $1.52 million and attorneys' fees.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Ryan O. Luminais of Sher, Garner, Cahill, Richter, Klein & Hilbert LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
