Timbergrove Condominium Association seeking over $20,000 from Orleans Parish resident

NEW ORLEANS – A condo is seeking damages for sums due.

The Timbergrove Condominium Association Inc. and Timbergrove Homeowners Association Inc. filed a lawsuit against Lisa M. Hall of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking sums due in the amount of $20,572.48 plus interest for condo fees. The suit states that fees and interest accrued amounts to $6,056.

The defendant is accused of failing to maintain payments. 

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Sean R. Dawson of Stephenson, Chavarri & Lambert LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Cherrell S. Taplin.
