Timbergrove homeowners, condo associations seek over $21,000 from resident

NEW ORLEANS – A condo association is seeking more than $21,000 from a resident.

Timbergrove Condominium Association Inc. and Timbergrove Homeowners Association Inc. filed a lawsuit against Shonna McQuarter, wife of Edsel Anthony Lang, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due and breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $21,833.26 for a condo. The suit states the plaintiff also owes $5,651 in homeowners dues and late fees.

The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Sean R. Dawson of Stephenson, Chavarri & Lambert LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
