NEW ORLEANS – A law firm is seeking more than $45,000 from a former client.
Ajubita, Leftwich & Salzer LLC filed a lawsuit against Amanda Breeding Tadlock of St. Tammany Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking sums due in the balance of $48,432.35 plus interest. The defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for legal services rendered.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by A. Albert Ajubita of Ajubita, Leftwich & Salzer LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
