NEW ORLEANS – A financial corporation is seeking more than $30,000 from a customer.
VW Credit Inc., doing business as Audi Financial Services, filed a lawsuit against Dacia J. Smith in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due on a promissory note.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a promissory note for the balance of $31,961. The suit states that the defendant is still indebted to the plaintiff for $30,825.52 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Tabitha Mangano of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Cherrell S. Taplin.
