Jefferson Parish man allegedly owes American Express more than $14,000

GRETNA – American Express is seeking more than $14,500 from a customer.

American Express Bank FSB filed a suit Sept. 5 against Ronnie Slone of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay $14,750.22.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
