GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $13,000 on an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Ginger G. Hartdegen of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $13,372.99 on a credit card that the defendant allegedly failed to pay.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
