GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $5,000 on an open account.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit against Danielle M. Stamps of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on a Visa account with a balance of $5,337.48 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
