GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $2,000 on an open account.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit Sept. 5 against Ebony N. Johnson of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a Visa account with the balance of $2,415. The defendant allegedly defaulted on the account.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
