GRETNA – A university is seeking sums due on a promissory note.
University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through the University of New Orleans filed a suit against Heath Michael Rhoades of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due on a promissory note.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on a promissory note with a balance of $4,000.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay a promissory note.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Meghan N. Beal of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
