GRETNA – Capital One is seeking nearly $2,000 from a Jefferson Parish resident.
Capital One NA filed a suit Sept. 7 against Patrick L. Nichols in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on an open account with a balance of $1,869.57 as well as any interest accrued. The plaintiff claims the defendant to maintain payments on the account.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Teopfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
