Capital One accuses Jefferson Parish resident of failing to maintain payments on credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for over $4,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Mary J. White of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account claiming that the defendant has failed to pay $4,408.18 on a credit card.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
