Former Delgado Community College student accused of owing over $1,500

NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking damages for sums due.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a lawsuit against Raven Green in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account with a balance of $1,626.64 plus interest, claiming the defendant failed to pay the institution she attended.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy D. Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
