Barclays claims Harvey resident defaulted on credit card payments

GRETNA – A Harvey resident is accused of having an open account on a credit card.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit against Dung T. Tran in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,764.88 which was accumulated on a Visa card.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
