OneMain Financial seeks over $8,000 from Jefferson Parish man

GRETNA – A financial corporation is seeking damages for sums due.

OneMain Financial Inc., filed a suit against Harry B. Long of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment from the defendant of $8,453.96, which the plaintiff claims is owed for a promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi A. Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur and Schwartz PC in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
