NEW ORLEANS — A community college is seeking damages for an open account.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a lawsuit on Sept. 20 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Antoneka R. Craft, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $1,226.75 plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Scott L. Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
