Texas supply company sues over open account

GRETNA – A Texas supply company is seeking nearly $10,000 on an open account.

Coburn Supply Co. Inc. filed a suit Oct. 5 against Donnie's Plumbing & Heating Inc. and Donald Zeigler Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an unpaid debt and contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account in the balance of $9,476.75 plus interest for supplies that were issued by the plaintiff to the defendanst.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Creighton B. Abadie of Lindsay & Abadie APLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
