GRETNA – A coin machine company is seeking damages for an open account of more than $40,000.
Lucky Coin Machine Co. LLC filed a suit Oct. 4 against Exactly Legends LLC and Dean St. Pierre in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account for the balance of 42,820.39 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay back all of the sums borrowed from the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linda G. Matta of Lucky Coin Machine Co LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
