GRETNA – A financial services company is seeking more than $1,400 over an open account.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit Oct. 5 against Kelly Talamo of Lafitte in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an unpaid debt.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account for the balance of $1,466.60 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorney LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
