GRETNA – A financial services company is seeking damages of more than $1,600 over an unpaid debt.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit Oct. 9 against Alvianne Brule of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,600.58.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
