NEW ORLEANS — Two individuals are seeking damages, claiming that they were caused to fall into an unmarked hole.

Pamela Landrum and Lois Dejean filed a lawsuit on Oct. 2 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Louisiana Media Company LLC, WVUE LLC of Delaware and New Orleans Access Television Inc., alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs were guests on the defendant's property at 1025 Jefferson Davis Parkway in New Orleans on April 26 when the incident allegedly occurred.
