T&I Siding & Gutters sues to collect more than $12,000

NEW ORLEANS – A siding and gutters company is seeking more than $12,000 from a couple, claiming that the firm was never paid.

Troy J. Leger, individually and on behalf of T&I Siding & Gutters, filed a lawsuit  against Thomas Brian Woodrell and Tina Woodrell in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $12,994.20, claiming that the defendants failed to properly pay the plaintiff for the goods and services that they received.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Michael C. Ginart Jr. of the Law Offices of Michael C. Ginart Jr. & Associates.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
