GRETNA –Capital One is seeking past due payments on an open account belonging to a Jefferson Parish woman.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on Oct. 16 against Rachel M. Gares in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging she has failed to pay off a credit card balance for the amount of $3,994.26 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
