GRETNA — A company is seeking damages for an open account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on Oct. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Camellia Smith, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,046.23 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
