GRETNA — A Metairie surgical center is seeking more than $48,000 from a former patient.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Company LLC filed a suit on Oct. 20 against Robin Lawrence of Biloxi, Mississippi, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging the patient's account is past due by the amount of $48,004.81 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna H. Linn of Bankston & Associates LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
